When illness strikes, we're here to help. We offer prompt evaluation and treatment for a variety of common acute medical concerns through in-person or telehealth appointments, making it easy to get the care you need without the long wait.

What's Included

Simple Acute Visit — $125

Appropriate for straightforward medical concerns such as:

• Colds, flu, and upper respiratory infections

• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

• Pink eye (conjunctivitis)

• Tick bites

• Sinus infections

• Ear infections

• Sore throat

• Minor rashes and skin infections

Please Note

Our acute care visits are intended for uncomplicated medical concerns. We do not provide one-time visits for complex or high-acuity conditions, ongoing chronic disease management, or concerns requiring extensive diagnostic evaluation. If your symptoms suggest you need emergency care or a higher level of medical evaluation, we'll help direct you to the most appropriate setting.

DPC members: Acute sick visits are included in your membership at no additional cost.
