Direct Primary Care (DPC) removes insurance from the middle of your primary care relationship, giving you more time with your provider and a more direct way to get care. Message when you have a question. Schedule a longer visit when you need one. Talk through the things you never have time to get to in a typical appointment.

* Some procedures, such as skin biopsies have an additional fee beyond membership. You will always be given transparent pricing prior to any procedure or treatment. Aesthetic procedures are not included in DPC memberships.
Please note: We are not currently accepting Medicare patients for Direct Primary Care. We hope to offer this option in the near future. Medicare patients are welcome to see us for aesthetic services.
You don’t have to commit to full primary care to work with us. Our Women’s Health and Men’s Health memberships offer a focused option for specific health goals.
We can review your labs and address hormone replacement therapy (HRT), GLP-1 therapy, peptides, and vitamin deficiencies within the scope of these memberships. Other medical concerns need to be managed by your outside primary care provider.
If additional health needs come up that require ongoing evaluation or management, we’ll recommend transitioning to a full Primary Care Membership so we can care for the bigger picture.
