Direct Primary Care

Renew Health is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. Instead of billing your insurance, we utilize a monthly membership program that provides all your primary care needs. There are no copays, no deductibles, and no surprise bills in the mail.

Renew Health is currently growing a very limited patient panel and will be giving preference to current dermatology & aesthetic patients. Please reach out if you are interested. You can also schedule a brief 15min virtual meet and greet.

Insurance can still be used for seeing specialists, needed imaging & labs, medications, and emergency care or hospitalizations.

DPC Services include:

Comprehensive annual wellness visits
Menopause care
Supportive medical weight loss
Preventative care/screenings (pap, prostate, A1c, etc.)
Acute/Sick visits in person or via telehealth
Chronic disease management (high BP, diabetes, etc.)
Point of Care testing (urinalysis, strep, flu, etc.)
Dermatology, including management of skin conditions and prompt biopsies if needed
Contraceptive management and counseling
One complimentary basic HydroDiamond treatment per year
Aesthetic consultations at no additional cost
Significantly reduced pricing on many medications right in the office
Discounts on aesthetic services
Minor procedures - skin tag removal, biopsies, incision & drainage, minor laceration repair

* Some procedures may have small supply fee or a pathology fee

Pricing

Adult - $110/month

Domestic Couple - $200/month

Family (up to 2 children) - $250/month

Single Parent/Children (up to 2) - $160

Black Bear student - $50/month

Additional children are $25/month each

One-time enrollment fee of $150 per family applies

($50 for Black Bear Students)

*Direct Primary Care patients also receive:

15% discount on single session for chemical peels, microneedling, or HydroDiamond facials - or an additional 10% off of any package
10% discount on any tox or dermal filler treatment
one complimentary basic HydroDiamond treatment per year
additional exclusive DPC aesthetic specials throughout the year

* aesthetic discounts only apply to adult memberships and are

non-transferable. Black Bear student accounts are not eligible.

New patients should schedule a virtual meet & greet to ensure that Renew Health is a good fit for you. Preference is given to established aesthetic and dermatology patients.

Sick Care

Sick care (acute care) is available in-person or via telehealth for non-DPC members that are established as aesthetic or dermatology patients.

You can use the self-scheduler or send a message for additional appointment times not listed. We can often add patients to a closed schedule for sick visits if you message! Just scan the QR code below.
